How to Register ?

Step 1

Step 2

Fill all details, attached listed documents and  

click submit​​

Applicant will receive

1. Offer Letter

2. Fee Structure 2022

3. List of Medical Practitioner

after 5 days (working day) if fulfill the entry requirement.

 

Step 3

Go for Medical Checkup

Step 4

Email or Fax the below documents

1. Medical Report

2. Bank in slips of Registration Fee - RM500

Applicant will receive Invoice

after 5 (working days)

* Please note that the fees must be 

paid/settle before 12 September 2022

Step 5

Report to SMA 12 September 2022

Walk In / Courier Method

Download Applications form

Submit the Documents by Fax / Email / Courier

with listed documents as shown below

1. Application Form

2. Malaysian Identity Card

3. Certified Examination Result

4. Certified Co-curriculum

5. School Leaving Certificate

6. Passport Size Photo
